Shipping

Standard website cookbook orders: please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for shipping.
In-stock books are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment; delivery time varies by carrier.
Baking and Fur Baby presales: expected shipping mid-November 2026; orders may ship earlier if inventory arrives sooner.

Please refer to your product listing for the applicable shipping timing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was shipped.
For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds go to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Preorders may be canceled before shipping; after shipping the standard return policy applies.

English editions are in English; bilingual editions contain English and German. Select your preferred format on the product page.
